Answer: No. This is to compensate for an already existing 3 or 4 inch lift kit. -

I have a 5 1/2 inch block under the rear springs, will this work?
Answer: I have a 3 inch block under my rear springs and this was perfect fit. I would look for a bigger one if I were you.
