- WHITE TEA: White tea is the least processed of all the tea types and the closest to the bush. White tea has a wonderful sweet, soft and succulent cup. White tea is extremely light, pale-colored or blush-toned and characterized by mellow floral sweet flavors. The buds of these teas are silvery due to the fine white hairs that cover the unfurled leaf bud. The fresh new leaves are packed.
- CAFFEINE LEVEL: Tea offers a variety of caffeine levels depending on the type of tea. In general white tea has the most caffeine available in the leaf since caffeine can improve energy levels and make you smarter. However, in the infused cup it is lower than that of other tea types.
