Action & Adventure Editorial Review
The Wind in the Willows is a cute Rankin and Bass cartoon video that has been enjoyed by both children and adults. The stories about each animal character, particularly Ratty, are entertaining and bring back fond memories. The DVD version of this 80's classic is in excellent condition, with good voice acting and animation. The songs are also enjoyable. However, there are some complaints about the poor quality of the disc, with skipping and stopping issues.
