Classics Editorial Review
This Penguin Classics edition of Don Quixote has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the beautiful binding of the book, others criticize the poor quality of the print and pages. Several customers have noted that the print is too light and many words are nearly illegible. One customer also complained that the book has a cheap feel to it. Another issue raised is that the translation is not the advertised Walter Starkey version, but rather the John Ormsby translation, which some Consider to be a worse option. Despite the negative comments, a few customers have enjoyed the story itself, but found it hard to read due to the print quality.
