The delivery of the product was fast and in excellent condition. However, the product quality is not up to par with the expectations of some customers. The packaging Consists of a cardboard sleeve and regular Blu-ray cases. Also, the digital copy may not be valid after 2020, although it will work in 2023. Some customers have experienced issues with the product quality. There are a significant number of flaws on the discs causing the playback to freeze, skip, stutter, and go to a black screen. Multiple customers have encountered similar issues playing the Blu-rays, not just for the complete collection but also for the individual season sets as well. The manufacturer of the discs needs to address this issue.
