Respuesta: Yes, they are. The sole is completely covered in tiny little ridges. I've never slipped on anything while wearing these shoes. -

Respuesta: They run kind of small- I usually wear 8 or 8.5 and I ended up getting 8.5. also it will fit tight on wide feet... especially with socks. -
