The shelf comes with two half-pint stainless-steel dishes that are rust-proof and dishwasher safe. You can switch the side that gets mounted to the wall, making it easy to choose if the bowls are on the right or the left. The metal bowls are 4 1/4 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches deep, but you can use your own bowls if you prefer. The CatastrophiCreations Cat Feeder is meant to be attached to any of the Cat Mod packages or added as a standalone addition. As long as it is installed into a stud, this item is rated to hold up to 85 lbs. While the CatastrophiCreations Cat Feeder is a great product, there have been some complaints about the quality of the mounting hardware and the design of the brace points.
