Boye Beginners Teach Yourself Knitting Set

The Boye Beginners Teach Yourself Knitting Set is a great package for beginners looking to learn the art of knitting. The set includes two knitting needles, size 6 and size 8, which are about 10 inches long. While it does not come with a 10 mm needle set, the kit provides beginners with a good range of needle sizes to start their knitting journey. The included DVD is more general in nature, covering various stitches and techniques rather than specific projects. This makes it a valuable resource for beginners who want to learn the basics of knitting, including casting on and different stitching techniques. One downside of the knitting set is that it does not provide any information on the size of the finished product. The size of the finished project depends on the specific project chosen from the included book. However, the book does offer a variety of projects for beginners to choose from and practice their newfound skills. In terms of customer experience, the kit has received positive reviews. Customers appreciate the comprehensive DVD and find it helpful for learning the basics of knitting. The included knitting needles are also of good quality and easy to use. Overall, the Boye Beginners Teach Yourself Knitting Set is a solid option for beginners looking to get into knitting. It provides the necessary tools and resources for learning the basics and offers a variety of projects to practice. While it may not have all the features some advanced knitters may be looking for, it serves as a great starting point for beginners.
