Paradox Games 204 Editorial Review
Elven Legacy - PC offers a strategic gameplay experience reminiscent of classic wargames, though its execution leaves much to be desired. Running on PC since its release in April 2009, it delivers a hex-based wargame format that enables players to maneuver and combat using a limited number of customizable units. However, players have reported multiple issues, including frequent crashes, pixelated graphics, and a convoluted story that lacks depth. While it does feature a fair number of units with some abilities, the overall gameplay can become repetitive and tedious, leaving many gamers underwhelmed. Despite its attempts at strategy, the game has struggled to maintain interest as noted by various reviews, leading to feelings of frustration among players.
