Respuesta: Please make sure that the connection lead is properly inserted into the telephone. You should hear a satisfying click. There are also volume and ringer controls on the underside of the telephone. -

Respuesta: The cable is not very long, but it should be long enough to pick up at the side of a chair. -

Respuesta: It needs to be plugged into the BT socket, but not into an electric socket. -

It says to connect the phone to a 3 pin electrical outlet, but the phone is a sealed unit and therefore cannot be connected. Any ideas how to get power?
Respuesta: You should only need to plug your landline cable into the little cable socket on the bottom of the phone. It does not require a 3 pin electrical outlet. -
