Blu-ray Editorial Review
The Deep House [Blu-ray] offers a unique twist on the haunted house genre by setting its eerie story underwater, directed by Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury. Running for 1 hour and 25 minutes, this horror thriller features a polished production, engaging music, and a creepy atmosphere that builds tension throughout. While the film has received mixed reviews, many viewers appreciated its originality, with some suggesting it could have benefited from further exploration of its concept. Critics highlighted a need for more character facial engagement and special features like a making-of documentary, but overall, it remains an engaging watch for horror enthusiasts who value innovation in storytelling.
